Fits properly in my shower and looks great, too.
Diverter Knob
Attractive and very well built. However the chrome diverter knob separated from the brass fitting and fell off within 65 days. In order to select the handheld you must hold the diverter knob up to the unit to make the change. This wasn’t the desired outcome for this product.

Great Shower Head!
Easy to install, looks and works amazingly!!
The instructions were a little confusing and unclear on how to install the holder for the secondary shower head. When I called customer service they weren't very friendly. There was a QR code to scan for installation instructions but when I scanned it, it came up unusable and in a foreign language. Also, the glue included to install the holder was hard as a rock which means it was very old. Very disappointing.
Purchased 2. They look great
The glue I was supposed to use to attach the handle to the showerwall was dried out couldn't use it.
Easy install. Great spray options.
Works great, put them it all of our showers. They WAY out perform other products offered from more widely known brands.
Perfect easy way to adapt our small shower into a rainfall shower with no real work.
The flow from the showerhead is very nice. Looks good and operates as expected. Pleased with purchase.
Just wish they had brushed chrome. Looks cheaper than it is. Functions well so far.
Low flow filter is ok for our water pressure. Filter can be left off if pressure is too low. Variations of shower streams are ok.

My elderly parent liked the easiness to handle the shower spray. The soft spray was perfect for them.The metal case cord was easy to manuvure. Highly recommend for elderly people.

Handheld Leaks
Shower head is nice but the diverter and handheld leak. When we have diverter pointed to shower, water still leaks out of handheld.
Really Good Shower head
We have installed in 2 different households, in 4 bathrooms. Everyone loves it! Great pressure, easy to clean and looks good.
