i received this product complimentary from influenster and Purdy in exchange for my honest review. this makes scrapping paint etc off of items so quick and easy. the easy grip handled knob helps you have good hold and leverage. the bladed are replaceable.

The four edge scraper has made removing unwanted paint pretty easy! It's sharp and makes getting the hard corners a lot easier than anything else I have tried!

I absolutely love this scraper....I just bought a new house, and it's a huge project of a house....I am doing most of the work myself, and I can't believe how incredible this scraper is, came in handy for a lot of work and it is still my go to for a lot more work....I am so happy I got this to review and I de recommend it. 😀

Wow! This thing was way more heavy duty than I was expecting! I use this bad boy for everything!! It scrapes paint off like a dream! I mean, you don't have to use any pressure, this things takes care of everything for you!

I recieved Purdy Paint Tool's Premium Four-edged Scraper curtosey of Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. It's dimensions sizes are 11" x 2.5" x 3". It has a Handle akin to a hammers', a carbide scraper, Hammerhead, and removable knob. Its ergonomic design makes it easy to push the edge that is slanted against a flat surface in order to remove paint or other coatings. It helps being curved at end because it helps keep the blade steady and helps it last longer. Its lasted theough a couple projects without chipping or leaving weird scrape marks or deep indentations. Most of the.work involved with using a paint scraper.is.omvolved in the prep work it takes to.remove paint, such as layreing a stripper, covering it in plastic, waiting for its chemical reaction to occur, and removing all the plastic, before being able to scrape the majority of the paint or stain away, then you still have to sand and prep the surface afterwards to be able to refinish and then seal the project. In this procession of tasks,this scraper helped reduce the amount of hours these projects take, but also was made with frugality and physcicality in mind. Its easy to hold for long periods of time, and it doesnt take much force to get effective results. The cost of this particular tool was about $18.99 off of Amazon's website, but Purdy paint tools can be found at most mass retailers or hardware stores such as Lowes, Menards, Ace, Wal Mart, Home Depot and more. Its affordabke for a tool, and is found in many locations. If you jeed a scraper for your projects or just to have on hand, this is a great place to begin!

Anything that makes a job easier is definitely worth looking into, so when I handed him the Purdy Premium Four Edge Scraper, he immediately put it to work. After testing it on a few different projects, his comments were this. “It works fairly well. The blades are not very strong and gave out after a short amount of time. All in all, I don’t think I would buy one.” So there you have it.

Durable

This product is a lot heavier than I'd thought it would be. I havent had much of a reason to use this since receiving. If you wear boots, and you see some dirt or mud, use this to wack the sides of your boots. It'll knock the mud right out of the grooves.
