The tree was very healthy & packaged well to prevent breakage. My tree actually arrived early. The first one was misplaced but I was sent another in excellent condition.

Tiny tree, near death

I don't know what happened prior to shipping. Maybe hard pruning that sent the tree into shock. It's much smaller than you'd expect for a 2.25 gallon. Maybe between 1 quart and 1 gallons. There were so few leaves on the tree and a lot of dead growth. I don't know if this will make it

susceptible to aphids disease

I bought 3 of these, a red, white and purple. In central Florida they can be susceptible to aphids disease. It had no choice but to get rid off them 6 months later.. too bad! I tried neem oil spray, light soapy water and at the end I could keep these tiny bugs off.

Pure White Crape Myrtle 2 gal

The plant arrived in the box which was not damaged. The plant itself is in very poor condition. The plant size is one like you would receive in a 1 gal pot. The upper part of the branches are bare. if you touch a branch leaves fall off. The leaves have been eaten by some creature. They are full of holes and the ends are ragged. Their are small white specs on many leaves. Their are many bare dry branches and the pot dirt was dry.

I was hoping for a bigger starting tree, it's literally 4 inches tall. The 4inches that came in are atleast healthy and thriving but as I said I was hoping for it to be bigger. This was the biggest size they had available.

Nothing like the pictures

This is what I got.....literally, they ripped me off. To begin with this plant is way too small for the size pot. The plant its dry and very small. I was so excited to get it but now so disappointed.

I have never ordered anything online from Home Depot, much less a plant, but every time I went in person they did not have the exact one I wanted, and I couldn't find it anywhere else, so I decided to try online. The description said it was the dark -almost black- leaves with the white flowers I had fallen in love with a while ago. Not only was it the right one, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well it was packaged. The plant was intact and nice and healthy, and is thriving in my front yard.
