Beautiful but disappointing

The faucet is indeed beautiful! We bought it after moving in to a beautiful mid century home in Los Angeles. However the sprayer never worked properly. The top button never actually functioned, we still have no idea why it’s here for. Our contractor told us that the item was delivered defective. We’re super bummed as we really wanted to like it and we were convinced that Kohler was a strong brand.

Beautiful to look at but reliability issues

Our faucet is 2 years old and the side sprayer, which always seemed a little flimsy, is failing. It's leaking from the hose so it's pretty much unusable. This is really not acceptable for a pricey faucet set.

Polished nickel Kohler fixtures are beautiful

Great faucet, excellent quality

I’ve only seen it in the box—plumber hasn’t installed yet—but it’s stylish and simple. Like it a lot!

Leaker

I like the ADA design but this faucet is a leaker after a few years, repaired twice by my plumbing contractor. However, Kohler graciously is replacing faucet. Hopefully I’ll see a new replacement faucet at my Home in 1-3 months.

Sprayer had issues

From the get go this sprayer was very weak and and now my hose is cracked and its leaking and spraying water all over.

Purist Kitchen Faucet with Sprayer

My faucet is now about four years old, and I am now seeing that it lacks long term durability. A few months ago, the faucet began dripping constantly when turned off, so my plumber changed the cartridge with a Kohler supplied part. Then, the faucet continued to drip for a few minutes after it was turned off. My plumber changed the aerator with a Kohler supplied part. The dripping continues. Now that all old parts have been eliminated as causes for the dripping, my plumber attributes the dripping to poor design. I will add that the business end of the sprayer had to be replaced during that time, approximately 3-3/4 years after installation.

Three years old and discontinued with no support?

Sprayer works poorly now, clearly needs a new diverter valve, but it is discontinued after only 3 years? For a $500+ faucet, I would think Kohler could do better.

Beautiful faucet that has needed a new part every 6 months. The sprayer has been replaced 3 times in 2 years. Now needs another replacement.

Absolutely beautiful look, however

Beauty takes sacrifice. The area of the countertop under the hanle is always full of water, because you operate the handle, constantly adjusting the termperature of the streem, with your right wet hand. Obfiously, the best position of the handle is somewhere over the sink. The side spray is a very useful feature, however the hose is too long and always get stuck wrapped around the botles with cleaning solutions you keep under the sink. Moreover, two black rubber buttons on the srpay handle don't stay in place and constantly get disattached. Lost them. The worst thing is the drain plug/stop. It annoyingly never works. I eventually gott rid of it and replaced it with a simple silicone strainer. But, looking at this faucet is a real pleasure, so for three years since I acquired this, I have been struggling with this faucet and enjoying it at the same time.

Classic beauty

Perfect classic lines for a kitchen renovation. Homeowner does not like pull down spray, so this sleek option worked great with a side spray. Kohler finish lasts forever and the sprayer is solid and able to take daily a use

The quality of the faucet itself is what you would expect from Kohler, but the installation sequence on this one isn’t great, and it was a bit disappointing that the hand sprayer is all plastic

Great Kitchen Faucet

I recently purchased this faucet in Vibrant Stainless finish. It was a replacement for a more expensive, lifetime guarantee high arch faucet. I was tired of the high arch which would drip water for several seconds after it was turned off. I was ready to move on. This Kohler faucet has a nice, clean design and the finish is handsome. There is no residual dripping after the water is turned off and the flow control has a very wide range and is precise and easy to control, something at which my former faucet failed. The faucet is high enough to accommodate filling large pots and wash awkward, large pieces. The sprayer is a bit lightweight but is flexible and serviceable. It swivels to make aiming it easier. My only suggestion to Kohler would be to extend the reach of the spout a couple inches further. Overall I am super pleased.

Modern and simple. We love this faucet! Like others have noted, the side spray is made of a cheaper material. Still very pleased!
