DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT - VERY POOR QUALITY

This OIF Four Drawer "Economy" cabinet product is the Alera / Essendant Co model ALEVF1552BL. 1) You can search and find this same product for 1/3 the cost. 2) Due to poor packaging, the sides are not protected. Therefore there is a very high likely hood, as others have reported, that the sides of the filing cabinet are bent and damaged upon delivery even though the box is in good condition. 3) The gauge of cold rolled steel used is barely enough to keep the file cabinet from buckling. Any amount of weight on top, or if filled with files, will cause the cabinet to warp. If dropped from even 2 inches, the bottom of the cabinet will buckle since the steel is very low quality. 4) The cabinet drawers can not be removed, restricting any means to straighten out the sides in case of damage. 5) The handles are not chrome plated and therefore show wear upon delivery.

I had called the the maker of this file (My office products) and asked them that if the product comes with dents what they could do for me. They told me if the package is broken not to accept the item. But if the packing is good and the product itself has dents then you can return it back to the company. It comes with a return packing slip. I would recommend this product to anyone. No dents at all. Packing was excellent

Dents. Beware!

Packing from outside looked perfect when it arrived. However once packaging was removed there were a few dents on the left side towards the top and backside towards the top and middle. Luckily drawers work fine.
