Unsatisfied

We purchased 5 of these Hon file storage cabinets back in 2007. We needed an additional one so we purchased it. The construction is similar but not as sturdy. It arrived without any sign or shipping damage, however the cabinet could not be leveled because the 2 front leveling bolts were offset from the access hole and the socket from the wrench could not be applied. Unable to level the cabinet we could not make full use of it, so we had purchased another one. Also, one of the drawers sticks. For the cost of this product we expected better. And those we purchased in 2007 were better. This one went into the dumpster.

Product was damage in the box

This was my first time shopping in Newegg and my experience was some what unsatisfactory. The product didn't arrive as it supposed to, it arrived few weeks later. Upon arrival, the product was damaged. It was too big of a item to repack and ship back. The delivery man didn't want to bring it to the office, had to give him $20 tip to bring it in the office.
