Well made and right size for area

Right color and right size. Very well made. Wanted all four drawers to lock. Surprised at number of models with only 2 of 4 drawers that locked. A little pricey, but made up for with free shipping and free returns. Very pleased with product. However, box was very damaged on all sides. Two sides had holes that went all the way thru. Unit was well packed. Only one tiny dent/scratch. Not sure I would have seen it myself, but person who unboxed it for me pointed it out. AGAIN PLEASED WITH PRODUCT AND SPEED OF DELIVERY.

Best Filing Cabinet

Fantastic 4 drawer file cabinet that fits perfectly in any room I am so happy with this file cabinet that holds so many files under lock and key. The price was equally fantastic. Arrived on time and was packed very well.

DENTS

I would have given it a 5 star but the filing cabinet was dented in 2 places. There was a gash in the box where the dents were. The box was placed on out driveway. There was no notification of it being delivered. Luckily, there was no rain at the time. Since it is for home and the drawers open properly, I won't make it a problem for Cymax. Very disappointed in FedEx.

Good file cabinet for home office

I recently bought this file cabinet to replace and old one. I will get another one if I had the space for it. Each drawer can be locked. Drawers are very deep and hold lots of files.

Expensive Dented filing cabinet

ONE of the 3 file cabinets came dented. I contacted Wallmart service chat and they said I would need to return to store and they could not replace. It's large and too heavy for me to handle. I was very disappointed that I paid $270 %26 I'm stuck with a filing cabinet with a dent. Then I asked to talk to a supervisor %26 I was disconnected.

Good value

Decent for the price. Not the strongest build, but works fine. Came with minor shipping damage (small dents in 2 of 5 items). Product matches description (all drawers lock, follower wires included, drawers are not full extension). Delivery came without problems, but tracking and description is poor (provided only a "by" date and came the day before, shipping description did not specify delivery restrictions within the house so stairs could be a problem).

Satisfied

Arrived in perfect condition. I like that it has the adjustable wires to hold my files in place so they don't slide down flat. Best part is I didn't have to assemble it, though it is heavy, but I was able to inch it into my office.

Great product, no assembly

I love this filing cabinet. It's not as heavy as it looks, but you will definitely need two people to carry it anywhere. It is packed with a lot of padding. It is a lightweight metal, so mine had a small dent on one side, but I didn't mind and I did not want to try to return it because it is so large. No assembly required, the handles already come on! It also comes with the keys for the lock, and some metal bars that keep your files from sliding too far back into the drawer. Super happy with my purchase!

Great home office file cabinet!

Seems to be of decent quality. The gray color is really nice. All drawers lockable. Small dent in back, does not interfere with operation. Box and packaging protected unit from additional damage. I would say this is a good value!

Dent in drawer when received.

When I received my file cabinet there was a dent in the second drawer. I live to far from a Walmart to return it. I would like a discount on it, wondering if someone from Walmart can contact me. Otherwise nice file cabinet.

Arrived damaged

Item arrived fairly damaged. Target support was only able to over me $20 back. I would not recommend purchasing this item. The cabinet was bent on both sides making the top drawer hard to open. Along with the eye sore of the dents. Not worth the hassle. Find something somewhere else.

DRAWERS DO NOT EXTEND ALL THE WAY OUT

The drawers do not extend out all the way, which makes the files in the back hard to reach. Also, there are "instructions" to extend drawers by holding flimpsy plastic tabs on each side up on one side and down on other side but this does not work well. Also, got SHARP metal splinter bec there was unbrushed loose steel pieces coming off this item

Perfect file cabinet for the home

This was delivered with no issues. Not for legal size papers. Was just what I needed for the space I wanted to put it in. Look at measurements before you buy. And the keys were inside the top cabinet on the side with a twist tie. You have to buy file folders separately. I got a decent set of file folders on Amazon that fit this cabinet. The brand was Herkka extra capacity hanging file folders. Happy with this file cabinet. Perfect for organizing paperwork at home.

Nice filing cabinet

This is a nice looking filing cabinet. It is perfect for my home office. It’s not real heavy weight but I didn’t need that. It was shipped to me and had very good packaging for protection

The advertised dimensions are spot on, which was very necessary for the space we intended to place them in. We ordered 3 and all 3 arrived within a timely manner and in perfect condition. Each were well packaged, the keys fit and the cabinets are sturdy yet easy to slide around and into position. 100% pleased with this product in every way possible.

Okay but would not recommend

Arrived with a dent in the side. Drawers seem to clear the dent so I won't return. The construction is of thin metal but okay for my occasional use. Don't think I would recommend this item though from searches it seems like all the file cabinets are pretty flimsy and often arrive with damage.

If it comes damaged, your stuck with it...

Came damaged, looks like someone shoved a forklift blade thru the top. Upper right front corner utterly crushed down. Sent pictures twice, emailing back and forth...still no resolution. This lasted so long that the return window has now closed. Had to have my Maintenance department hammer it out just so I could use it...without the locking mechanism because that was not salvageable. Pity to pay that much for something and then have a visibly damaged, ugly unit sitting in my office.

The cabinet was well packed and arrived undamaged, but the drawers don't open all the way, so the last few inches of each drawer remain inside the cabinet. This makes viewing and accessing files at the back of the drawers difficult. None of the other filing cabinets I have exhibit this problem. I fill my drawers full, so if I had it to do over again, I'd order something different.

Used item, new price.

I don't know what's going on here, but this item is either USED or was badly treated in shipping. For $180, I expect a new item to be NEW. Of course, WalMart has no option for contacting the seller. No option to report shipping damage. From now on, I will not be getting anything from WalMart.com. Of course if you want to buy brand new stuff that arrived all dented and scratched, and if you want to pay top dollar for it, then this cheap piece of junk is for you!

perfect for me(exactly what I needed)

I like the height, and the fact that the drawers open easy and close easy. I also like that I can lock it if I like. I dislike that it does not come with wheels underneath, but I didn't buy wheels. The drawers are big and deep enough to organized all of my papers. It can accomodate all size folders. It fits perfectly in a corner. I can see my kitchen table again (no more papers everywhere). It's nice to be able to just grab a file when I need it without the hassle of trying to log onto the computer and search and remember a password or a file title just to find a document. Technology is good, but not all the time is it good for me.
