Seems to work well, and has huge capacity for vacation mail. CHECK FOR DAMAGE ON DELIVERY! I had 2 in a row that were damaged in the box. It's just sheet metal...so, it's sturdy, but it's not baseball-bat proof...but probably better than plastic or aluminum.
