Misleading Firmness

Unfortunately, the mattress does not live up to its "firm" description at all.

Very misleading mattress description. This is a "mattress in a box" that expands once you open the plastic wrapper. If that's what you're looking for, great. But I was expecting an actual traditional mattress, not a bed in a box. I could've bought this from Costco for a fraction of the price. The pictures are very misleading. Read the fine print and don't make the same mistake I did. When I contacted customer service they wanted $100 as a service fee and $100 as a restocking fee for me to return the 2 mattresses/boxes when there is a Mattress Firm store 2 miles from my house. Very rude customer service agent that offered no solutions and could've cared less about my disappointment and lack of satisfaction with my expensive purchase. I will never purchase from Mattress Firm again.

Very good, but could be better...

I followed the setup instructions to let the mattress expand within a few days. I waited and didn't sleep on it for a few days. It did expanded, but the edge of the mattress wasn't expanded as shown in the picture. Otherwise, the sleep was great. It didn't sink like other memory foam. It puffed right back to its old shape after. Let's hope this memory foam last a while. I also wished it could've been more firm for my back support.
