The tracks on the drawers are not aligned and a section of the footboard could not be attached because the holes did not align. Also, the illustrations show that this part should have been installed when the footboard section was shipped.

Purchased an open box. It arrived without a footboard and slats, and headboard one of the side rails was damaged. So practically impossible to use. Got my refund but still have to dispose it or wait for return team to come pick it up. Don’t even know how to pack it back together.

I honestly love this bed, but I couldn't give it more than 3 stars because of three reasons. First - Although the individual pieces are sturdy, and the overall bed is sturdy when assembled, there were some cracks on some of the pieces (I have one more pic showing a crack but am limited to 3 pics only for this review). Second - The drawer structure is flimsy. In fact, the slider was damaged the very first time we inserted one of the drawers - as seen in the pic. After prying the bent pieces back down with pliers we were able to force the drawer in, but we will probably never use that one drawer for fear of it not being able to close properly once open. Third - There we're no stickers labeling each piece and two of the pre-drilled holes on one of the metal pieces were not wide enough so we couldn't get those screws in. I couldn't be bothered with dis-assembling and re-assembling, so I didn't even bother calling customer service to request replacement parts. It took 4 hours to assemble, and I didn't plan to go through all that again. I'm sure for someone who is super handy it wouldn't take that long, but that was my experience.

Nice bed. The king mattress doesn’t seem to fit very nicely key in it though and the slats show. Not sure if it’s the mattress or the bed that’s off in size

beautiful hardwood and metal bed

the bed is gorgeous! extremely study construction, the little walls on the side - drink holders - are large enough to function as a bedside table. the drawers are super spacious too. a wonderful buy!
