No instruction booklet or questions answered

I did not open the package so I don't know anything about this. It did not come with a booklet of instructions and my MAIN CONCERN is whether or not I can put the wiring under the mattress so that no wires are lying on the floor. The previous two electric blankets that I ordered I discovered after opening the package that the wires cannot be under the mattress like my older original electric blankets. I do not want to pay for an instruction booklet that will tell me that the wires must be exposed and not placed under the mattress as that will be harder to return. But I will return if that is what the way the blanket is...wires all over the floor and two outlets for plug ins. I am disgusted and will let the world know.

Don't buy the ivory/cream double bed size!

I bought two of these. One of was a gift and one was to keep. I opened mine to use and after one night half the blanket was heated. I took it back to Kohl's to do an exchange. Opened it to use and it was fine for a few months. Mind you this was only used about four times. Meanwhile, the gift that I gave they were too embarrassed to tell me that only half the blanket worked. So this must be a problem with the light whitish ivory color and the double size. So I was able to exchange it again and never opened it to use since it was still warmer than usual. I finally got to use it about six times in a row and the temperature controller was very very very hot. The next day which was today it says e to error. I did. All the troubleshooting and the blankets dead. So essentially exchanging it and finally getting to use it because it got cold enough and it died. Meanwhile, the gift that I gave was cheesy and only half of the blank of heat s up. I suggest anyone that is considering this to just move on, at least in this Ivory light color in a double bed size. I am now stuck with a dead. Very pricey blankie and the gift is barely used anymore. What a waste of time and money.

Soft and beautiful

This blanket is gorgeous, super soft and keeps us warm. We sleep in a pretty cool.environment and this blanket does the trick and as a bonus shuts off automatically, so we don't overheat. I'm glad I purchased this.

beautiful, soft, comfortable electric blanket. Blanket has 20 levels for heat.

Heats both sides evenly, the fabric is thicker than many other brands we have had. we chose the color sapphire and love it. Very pleased so far.

Macy's has very bad service

Do not buy this brand. This is a very bad blanket. It quit after 45 days. Macy's was not helpful and the manufacturer was not good at standing behind this product.
