Bed came shipped in a box. Once opened snd unwrapped it expanded to a beautiful queen size mattress. Firm but not too hard. Great fit for side sleepers with just the right amount of give. Very comfy for a great night sleep.
BEST sleep ever
This mattress is so comfortable, I have never gotten this good of sleep before. Came compressed and after the 24 hours they recommend it was perfect.

The hybrid mattress comes rolled up in a box. Since it was going to the third floor, this packaging made it much easier to move than a regular box spring and mattress. The mattress is very thick and heavy. Lifting the corners off the platform bed to put on the fitted sheet takes some muscle and maneuvering. Mattress is very comfortable. However when you sit on the edge any where, it droops and does not maintain a firm surface. You'll slide right off. That is the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars. Price point is good.
