My husband bought this pillow years ago and this one is similar to his. I think it will get less firm as I gets broken in. Very comfortable.

I have 2 of these pillows but 2nd in queen size
I was a little hesitant to buy another one of these pillows with neck support. I have a cervical osteoarthritis and it is so hard to get a decent sleep, even with the help of a made for neck support pillow. But when this one arrived, I was hopeful. It has just the right firmness. Not too hard but it has enough softness for comfort. I’ve been using it for 3 nights now and I am happy!

Stinks!!!! Heavy petroleum like odor. It's been two weeks and we have washed the covers and tried to air out the pillows but the odor will not go away. When we tried to use them my wife said the odor was making her lips turn numb. Doesn't do that to me but I definitely detect the bad odor.
WAY TOO SOFT!
I could not wait until this pillow was delivered to me. I had bought in the past 2 of these pillows. They were firm and were very supportive. The pillow that i received this time was the complete opposite of the 2 before. It was made with cheaper foam and extremely soft. Not the support i wanted. Made out a return request same day i received it. Very, very disappointed. I will not buy this pillow ever again and don't recommend it.
Got for my husband birthday and he loves them
The pillow I received is not the pillow in the picture. I kept it because it only cost me approximately $9 because we had some bonus dollars from a previous purchase. And actually it turns out I like it, but mine is not as wide and is thicker.

Perfect neck support for back and side sleepers, yet surprisingly soft and comfy.
