Could have done better

Bed is a great color and that is the only compliment I have for this frame. It came cracks in many places. The directions are useless. The country it was made in doesn’t match what is on the site. I wish I could return this bed frame.

Great looking bed but came with the box destroyed and the bed was broken, also was missing half the parts missing. Texted with overstock and messaged them a few days after the initial conversation where they said they were going to replace everything. Waited almost a week to see what was going on and they had no idea about the previous conversation I had with them. So still sleeping on my mattress on the floor. Still have not received any emails, calls or texts saying that my replacement stuff is on the way. Going to call tomorrow to see what's up with my return. I asked if I was going to be compensated for this delay after the bed initially being delayed for a month and now it's destroyed. They did offer me a

Bed looks fantastic. With our new home we needed a new bed. The style is great, lines are perfect for what we wanted. My one complaint (and reason for the 4 stars) would be the instructions. There were pictures the size of a postage stamp. No words, just a small picture. With the new house, we are pretty mush a master at putting things together, this one took a while and there was some trial and error involved. But at the end of the day the bed is up and we haven't fallen through it, so we must have done it correctly.

I have never in my adult life dealt with **** poor customer service like I have with HomeSquare. The fact that you have to email customer service is mind blowing to me. I received my bed a couple of weeks ago and have yet to be able to use it. Why, you ask? Well I was sent 3 slats instead of the 4 the directions called for, not fit for a king frame, but a queen instead. I was sent 9 long slat supports and 3 small slat supports. The directions call for 12 of all the same size slat supports. I was missing a nut and bolt, which those are important to hold things together, right? Once I finally heard back from the customer service email, they never rectified the situation. They offered replacement parts that had no type of expedited shipping. I had to ask to be sent exactly what they were sending me. I feel like when responding to this type of complaint a list of what is being replaced should be listed, so the customer knows theyre getting what they need. After almost a week of back and forth horse ****, I got a shipping confirmation with a link that doesnt work. Ive emailed the manager email address because again, thats the only way to talk to someone. I still have yet to hear from whoever that person is. Im also not being shipped my slat supports because they have to come through the manufacturer and theyre working very hard to get them. If I wouldve seen what was said about this abomination of a company on the Better Business Bureau before spending over $1300 I wouldve sooner chopped off my leg before ordering. I will not stand for any of this nonsense any longer. The company has again been reported to the BBB by me and I am also going to be disputing the charges. Ive offered up the bed to be taken back but again, have been offered no solutions, only excuses. Ive been without a bed for far to long and these excuses will no longer be tolerated. Do your research folks before buying from this company.

This bed is to die for!!!! Looks very expensive and drawers it has a huge. I really needed some extra storage space for clothes and this is perfect! I am so happy I took the plunge and purchased this bed. I got the dresser that goes with it as well. They are both beautiful!

Great bed! Comes slightly darker then pictured but it works for my space. Assembly was pretty rough. But, it's a well built bed, I would recommend.

I am so in love with this bed. I also purchased the matching night stands and all of the materials are great quality. The bed wasn't too difficult to put together, would have been cake with a third person.Drawers are bigger than I expected!

I've had this bed for about 3 months now, and I'm really pleased with it! One of the sturdiest beds I've ever owned and it looks really good. Looks just like the pictures and the drawers are pretty big. Con: putting this bed together was a nightmare! We had 4 people and it took 2-3 hours. BUT if you can put it together, you'll love it.

We love our bed. The headboard arrived cracked and we spent about a month dealing with Overstock getting a replacement (which was frustrating) but we love the look of the bed! Having the drawers for storage is a nice bonus as well.

Love this Set!

I am in love with this bed. I got the whole set and each piece is beautiful and well made. Everyone who sees it loves it. Real wood and you can feel the grain. Had a little issue with shipping but overstock handled it quickly, great customer service!!!

I got the queen set, and could not be happier. Also added industrial style Edison lamps for my night stands, and went with the chest. Love this manufacture, and also shipped very quickly.
