All pressed wood . Put bed together ourselves, directions were alittle difficult in certain areas but we figured it out. Basket slots are good size so almost any size basket could fit . Baskets that came with the bed are big and goudy. I don’t like them. Make sure you always read the description and reviews before you order anything.

Je viens de le recevoir je l'adore il mériterais un 5 étoiles mais.... le 4e côté n'est pas fermé se qui est dangereux pour mon fils et aucunement esthétique au prix de lit je me serait attendu à 4 côté comme mon usage est de le mettre contre le mur

Decent bed frame for the money. Budget friendly.

This bedframe looks good and the cubby hole storage is a neat idea as an alternative to actual drawers. The material was delivered in two heavy boxes, so make sure you have help lifting and moving them to the desired location. I'd suggest building it in the room where it will stay since the assembled pieces are fairly big. All the wood panels are made of pressed wood/glue with a very thin laminate covering on the external sides. Even though the material came well package in plenty of styrofoam and impact resistant packing materials, a few of my panels have impact marks and dents. Besides these minor imperfections, I'm happy with the way it looks in my kids room. It's not meant to be a show piece of furniture, but it gets the job done at a fraction of the cost of a real wood bed frame. With the thin laminate exterior, be careful not to hit it or drop heavy things on it as the surface can be damaged very easily. All in all, it's a sturdy bed frame for the money and the assembly was very straight forward. Just follow the assembly instructions and don't be in a rush to get it assembled and you'll be fine. Maybe I'll post a photo of it on this review once I get the mattress and bedding on it. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to how delicate the laminate covering is and that it came with a few impact imperfections from the factory.
