I use this to bake cakes and casseroles as well. It is so easy to remove cake and cleans nicely too. Great pan that I will also buy for my daughter because of the nice quality

This is the best baking pan,BUT do not scratch it anywhere, because it wont work well. I use plastic knives for all my baking pans!

It's smaller but nice quality
This Rachael Ray pan has a nice coating on it right now, hopefully, it stays. Food easily slides out, so it's easy to clean. I don't like that is actually less than 8x12 on the bottom since I really wanted it for lasagna. When I started layering it in there, the recipe did not fit.
Nicest pan you will ever buy hands down!!!
This is the best pan I have ever bought. Its deeper and longer and I don't have to put aluminum foil down because of the taste of the pan.
