This rug is so nice with the rug pad underneath. Color matches exactly how I wanted it to. Very pretty. Still smoothing out some wrinkles but that’ll take some time.

Do not buy - poor quality
I bought this rug in July 2023. By January 2024, there were large bumps in the rug without me doing anything to the rug. I contacted customer service and provided photos but they said I should have returned the rug within 60 days. The large bumps didn’t show up until 6 months so not sure what I was supposed to do. Anyway, the rug was perfect for 6 months but now looks like junk. Highly recommend not purchasing.

I am very pleased with the way it looks in my living room. Just what I wanted. The color was exactly what I expected and the feel is awesome! The rug fits my space perfectly.
Won’t last a year…
This rug is in our family room we got it in June, 6 months ago. It is matted in spots from traffic. I tried to steam clean it and that did not revive it at all. Also it is starting to buckle in places as well. We have two older kids who are away at school and one dog so it’s not an extremely busy household.

Feels soft, not plush, just right. Love the color light gray and whitish. Have been looking all over for the right rug and I finally found it. Very happy with delivery and purchase would definitely recommend and buy again at Boutique Rugs.
AMAZING Customer Service & Beautiful Rug
The rug is absolutely beautiful and exactly like the photos. However, I mistakenly thought this was a washable rug and it is not, so I decided to start a return. The return process was so simple and I was shocked when I was told to KEEP the rug & they sent me a gift card in the amount I paid for the rug. I've never had that happen to me in all my years of buying rugs/furniture online. Customer service is 10/10. I've already bought a new washable rug to replace this one and I can't wait for it to arrive!!
