I Love Rada Cutlery
Years ago I was introduced to Rada Cutlery by my mother. The quality of Rada is excellent; made in the USA. I have many different knives and needed this one for my collection. The only thing about the aluminum handles, they have to be hand washed or they will turn a dull grey color if washed in the dishwasher. So, to keep them looking new, hand wash only. Rada also makes black handle knives but I love the aluminum handles. The blades of their knives are made of high carbon steel that sharpens nice and holds a sharp blade for many times of use. Rada makes great gifts,too.
