Great Value
I bought two of these 7'7" runners for my kitchen and am very pleased with them. They are fairly thin, as I expected, but with a nice pad, the feel is fine. Overall, these rugs are a great value; I had an online coupon and shipping was free. Overall, I'm very pleased.
Perfect Match
I needed protection for my new hardwood floors at a price that won't give me 'heartburn' in a year or two when I may have to replace due to daily foot traffic from the front door. Check! I also needed to complement the new Persian rug that is the focal point of the living room, and the subtle beiges of this runner do this. Check! Very happy.
Nice rug
I ordered this rug one year ago and the material still look great. Not as heavy as expected. Must put padding under it or it will slid. Took about two weeks for it to lie flat on the floor due to it being delivered rolled up. I vaccumed it about 100 times now and the thread still intact. Look beautiful on my living room floor.
Collina Hallway Runner a Winner
Recently moved Mom into an assisted living facility and she brought one of her handmade oriental room rugs from the family home. Needed a runner for the hallway and unsuccessfully tried a number of stores looking for something that would not clash with the red/brown tone of the room rug. Next checked the surprisingly comprehensive selection at Overstock (thx, btw), settled on the Collina one in Rust/Ivory and installed it last weekend over a crush pad. Save for the pattern being a tad off center of the edging, the rug is beautiful: well woven, plush and nicely sized as these go, beautifully colored and a lovely addition to an otherwise dark internal hallway.
