Mold Smell Won't Go Away
Bought two of these 6" round rugs in blue and in yellow, because they had 4.4 stars and were attractive. Both smell strongly of mold and I aired one out for three days in the sun and although the mold smell faded a bit- not enough to keep it. I suspect some of the rags used were moldy. The box they came in smelled moldy, too. Wish I read all the reviews before ordering, waiting and ordering a rug pad, too. You would think that if the box smells like mold, Home Depot wouldn't sell it.
