Not worth it

Not as expected. Tl it comes in three pieces and not all the wood color matches. It doesn't meet my expectations of a $300 lamp

The pieces don't screw together and stop.You could turn til you're blue in the face and they keep going.The bulb is dim.

Poor Quality

Poor Quality, the pole comes in 3 pieces and these didn't line up seamlessly, there were visible gaps.

Disappointed

FedEx did this lamp no favors in delivering and leaving in the rain (I have a perfectly good roof over my porch) and so putting it together I was hopeful it would be okay. It was... all except for the last two sections do not actually fit together well so it looks pretty cheap. Hopefully they are not all like this. I wish it either fit together perfectly or had the same brass collar as at the bottom to mask the mismatch in fit and finish.

This floor lamp is very impressive,,,the wood is gorgeous. Matching other furniture pieces beautifully in my sun room…the shade is high quality. Love the contemporary clean line of this lamp.

Sturdy and elegant

Easy to put together and looks great! Inside of the wooden stem are metal rods (these can easily slip off the wood and this is necessary to screw the metal rods together). I feel like this is what people who have trouble putting it together don’t seem to understand.

Very Nice Lamp

Nice looking lamp. Easy to assemble - easy to move if necessary. The lamp height and shade material provides more light for reading and the room.

Good quality, easy to put together

For the cost of this lamp I expected the pieces to fit together better. Assembly is a bit tricky. Once assembled it is obvious where the pieces connect. Honestly, for this price, I wasn't expecting the lamp to come in 4 sections. Once put together it was not straight. I returned the lamp.

The only issue is that the wood shaft is slightly misaligned when the inner steel tubes are screwed together.

Defective

The metal base for the bulb was cast on an angle, making it impossible to sit flat against the wood. This causes the shade to sit crooked. Poor quality for a $200 lamp. Contacted customer service and never got a reply.

Beautiful wood lamp!

It was a very attractive lamp, but unfortunately, we had to return it because the stem/post pieces would not attach due to defective threads. There was no issue with the return process.

DO NOT BUY! Impossible to put together!~

This is my very first negative review for any product on any site ever. This is the worst design for a lamp that I have ever seen. My husband and myself have literally spent over an hour trying to screw this together. The rods inside turn and you cannot get them to grip as you are trying to screw it together. I have issued a return and will be sending this back. My very first return ever to Overstock.
