Well Made and Aesthetically Perfect
The finish on these is flawless, and they look even better installed than in the photos on the site. You can feel the quality of this faucet when you operate the cold and hot water handles. I chose a different design from the same brand for another bathroom, as a direct result of being so happy with this purchase.

It says it comes with pop drain but it doesn’t. It comes with a pull out bar.

High quality faucet
Nicely constructed quality faucet with a nice brushed nickel finish. The first one was in perfect condiiton. However, the second one I ordered for paired vanity sinks had a defective cold water side handle (turned in circles). I was able to reach Hansgrohe customer service within a few minutes (the wait for a Delta faucet was about 1 hr 20 minutes with 75 people ahead of me on the phone!). After a few minutes of consultation, they agreed it was defective. I emailed them a copy of my receipt while they were on the phone. Subsequently they sent me an entirely new faucet within about 1 week. This one works fine. Perhaps surprising lack of quality control but overall it is a high quality faucet and is backed up with ACCESSIBLE customer service. I am very happy with it.
