Gorgeous!

This fountain is stunning. We just built our dream house and wanted something substantial yet modern. This fountain was perfect! It was delivered fairly quickly and was packaged EXTREMELY WELL.

Don’t order this from Wayfair. I never received it and after calling every day for almost a week after they said it was delivered, I was told by a manager that they returned the item because they didn’t have my address. Terrible customer service. I bought the same thing from a different site for less money, received it way faster and it was actually delivered to my house! Wayfair has a terrible delivery service for heavy items.

Beautiful, Easy to Assemble, and Heavy! :-)

The fountain is easy to assemble, with help, as moving the base and bowl is definitely a two (or more) person job.

This purchase has been a nightmare. Delivery was supposed to be set up on a day convenient to me and although I left a voicemail for the delivery service to have it delivered on a certain day, they still showed up on a day that I was not prepared for. Mind you this fountain came packaged on a pallet and weighed about 400lbs. Not something I can just move on my own until I'm ready to put it together. When I finally was able to break down the packaging, I discovered that none of the pump equipment was included. There was also no paperwork included so I literally had no idea what else I was missing. I notified Wayfair and a tiny pump was shipped out to me (I don't think it's big enough for this fountain). Again nothing else was shipped. So then I contacted customer service again to get the assembly and parts manual. Sure enough I was missing about 5 other pieces. Supposedly they will be shipped in the next few days, but the handymen I hired to help me lift/build this thing have had to be rescheduled twice while I wait for all of the parts. I hope to goodness this thing actually works once we get it all built.

Beautiful Fountain

Bought this for my front yard. Exactly as pictured. The follow-up from Jennifer was exceptional. She not only helped me update my inital order but remained in constant contact with me from purchase to set-up. I definitely recommend them for your next purchase. I know I will keep them in mind!

Came damaged! Terrible craftsmanship. Super heavy that it deeply scratched my TimerTech Patio. The oval piece and the cube the oval sits on are not leveled. So the water doesn’t flow evenly no matter how hard we tried to make them work; it’s just been a great disappointment! I do not recommend it. Definitely not worth the money.

Beautiful touch to our garden. Looks like shown in the photo. Beware as it does not have an auto fill component. Small footprint but has a great focal impact. Would have rated it 5 stars but the bowl arrived with some of the black finish rubbed off and we found eventual structural damage ( fine cracks in the basin that showed up after we had water in it for a few days). Wayfair to the rescue and is sending a complete replacement. Super impressed with their customer service

This is a gorgeous fountain. Packaging was very secure and the delivery process was well organized for this heavy item.

This fountain is beautiful and makes a great gentle water noise. The pump is a bit smaller than I think it should be for the fountain and the water height in the image on wayfiar's site is misleading. The water only comes out of the top spout maybe 2 inches in height. However, if it came out as much as shown in their image I would imagine a lot of water would be lost by splashing.

Used this for a client's commercial property and it was fabulous!

Shipping is horrible

The fountain is very nice, though the concrete is painted rather than mixing the paint into the concrete for a better lasting color.

I love this water fountain.

It's very sturdy and easy to install. Although it doesn't come with lights or the water head to cover the copper.

Very heavy

This fountain is quite the addition to our Floridian landscape. It arrived freight and our landscaper did need a few people to put it in place. My wife is very happy with the look and tranquil feel of running water.
