Not the same as the showroom model

The showroom display unit had no gaps between the ends and the middle, and the surface was flat all over. The first table that was delivered had a significant gap at one end and was higher on one side. The new exchanged unit didn't have the problem with an uneven surface but it also had gaps. The technician that came to try to fix the problem could not remedy the gap problem. I gave up at that point and just left it as is. If the showroom unit had displayed these flaws I would not have purchased this model.

Glue came off after 4 days.

Glue fell off 4 days after having it delivered. This resulted in the hinge literally ripping the padding part off of the back of the bench. Ashley furniture is looking into getting it replaced so they are a good company. The bench however...

I love it, beautiful and stylish

Style, strong, heavy, and the chairs aren't comfortable enough, maybe because I am short. I need to keep a big pillow behind me to sit down and feel okay.

Great store and salesperson.

My dining table and chairs look great in their space. Having the extra drawers and the lift up lids at the end are quite a conversation piece. I have had many compliments on my new table set. My sales lady Leslie was great in helping me pick this out. Very nice and informative. If I go back to the store I will ask for her. I have no trouble in telling people about the store and the dining room set.

Good Value

Very nice table, chairs and bench. Ours arrived with dents in it though from shipping. Otherwise a beautiful table that works well with our dining area. We love the compartments for napkins, games, etc.
