Happy with the table, horribly disappointed with my overall delivery experience and the amount of time that was taken to resolve the problem. . . Table was initially ordered December 9th and delivered on December 18th. I was out of town and unable to assemble the product until December 27th, upon opening I realized it arrived with the glass top completely shattered. I contact Houzz immediately to figure out what to do, they told me the third party seller stated I'd have to ship the broken table back before a replacement could be issued. Oh, and they have to pick up the table. Oh, and they have no ETA for when that pick up will be. The whole situatio was absolutely ridiculous. I repeatedly contacted Houzz between December 27th and January 4th to try and get the table picked up, finally was picked up on January 4th. Then ultimately a replacement was not delivered until January 18th. Each support associate I spoke to from Houzz was very patient and kind, but it seemed beyond their power to do anything to remediate my situation quickly. It seems insane to me that Houzz did not have the ability to ship a replacement to me ASAP and then work it out with the 3rd party seller.
