Love my new light mirror and the delivery and customer service was great. I contacted the company and requested to inspect the mirror before the delivery driver left which they happily arranged and the delivery driver even offered to dispose of the cardboard! We purchased two original ovals and one original round. We prefer backlit mirrors. Arrived on time as promised, well packaged and in excellent condition. Our contractors found them easy to mount and hook up. Color temp and CRI appear as advertised.
