Absolutely SO thrilled to find this product available from Houzz! it beautiful! true to color.. but comes off overall lighter ... I have ordered in an 8 x 10 for another project and so i knew exactly what i needed. it arrived on time and i couldn't be happier with the price which is about 1/2 off retail and the timing! The delivery service was also very nice, I would post a pic but we are waiting on the coffee table to arrive.

This rug has the perfect colors in it, its greige with charcoal accents. I am very happy with the quality and colors of it. i saw it in person so i new it was a little warmer grey then pictured.

Epic Fail Again from Rugs Direct

Another HUGE FAIL for Rugs Direct. This looks NOTHING like the picture in person. It is basically a white rug...the gold colors are light and barely discernable from the white. This is the final purchase from Rugs Direct. Customer service is not remotely helpful by telephone and I cannot find an address for this return. I'm done with them.

Not the right colors sadly

Sorry had to return it, you can not tell from an online site the true colors of a rug- after seeing it in person the colors did not work in my space. Worst of all I had to pay to return it which means I won’t try to find another one incase the same thing happens -the returns cost to much to keep trying.

Beautiful rug!

Rug was exactly what I needed. Enough variation that it matches in all the locations I needed it. I bought five. Incredibly soft and the pattern will hide any spills and dirt easily.

Wonderful quality, super soft. Great vintage, distressed design, with plenty of coverage and dimension to make it easier to decorate with. I love the pops of teal and gold that warm the rug up against the grey under stones.

Better Than I Hoped For!

This rug met my expecations in every way. The colors are exactly as anticipated. Everyone is so surprised, as it is a little different in design from other area rugs. I could not be more pleased.

I love this rug, it's a great addition to our hallway... I got the runner. The colors are beautiful and the quality is excellent. Almost looks hand made!
