I like it but almost no boxes/packages fit inside it.

Actually, the mailbox came to me broken. I purchased for an event and didn't have time to return. Seemed like such a great product. Top doesn't open and close due to broken pieces.

Great product. It bolts to the surface to keep it secure. Now if only the delivery people would actually use it instead of leaving parcels on the top porch step. Be aware that in order for mail to drop down to the bottom and be safe from theft, the letter carrier must sometimes pull it open again to help the Mail Drop down. Mail sometimes sits in the interior trough and is not totally safe from thieving hands.

I had been looking for something to hold my mail and packages and this item was on sale and had the best reviews AND the highest interior volume. It is made of good material and is quality and hopefully keeps the porch pirates away.

Came with a key and a lock that did not work, and after contacting Wayfair, their solution was to send us a new key and a new lock. OK, someone can explain how the hell this can be consider acceptable as we cannot open the mail and package door to access anyway to repair, and in addition, we are not locksmith. Totally ridiculous solution, we are stuck with a very expensive mailbox and there is no action from Wayfair other than a stupid solution to resolve it.

I am thrilled with this mailbox and even more impressed with the Wayfair customer service representative who answered all my questions and helped me place the order. The mailbox is sturdy and has a very nice architectural design, so it looks lovely on my front porch.

It’s not very big.

Looks great and holds a lot. The handle keeps coming off and the key for the bottom bends easily. Those two items are what takes it from 5 stars to 3 stars.

Works perfectly,better than notifying the usps to hold mail when we are out of town for months at a time!!

We love our Elephantrunk parcel drop box. We live on a corner so we have had packages disappear in the past, now I feel much more confident that our packages won’t be stolen in the future. It is also keeping them safe from the weather elements.

This mail box is perfect for my office, the design is beautiful, it is made with good quality materials, it is very heavy and easy to install, now I am calm with my mail and my packages because they will be locked up and protected from the rain, I recommend it, I loved my elephantrunk!!
