Love this quilt so much I bought it again 9 years after the first purchase. The first one still looked pretty good but was looking a little worn on the edges after 9 years of daily use. This quilt is beautifully stitched, colors are exactly like the picture, and it’s light enough for summer use. Only negative is that the throw pillows with the second purchase are very flat, didn’t puff up to a nice size like the originals. Luckily I have the originals and will use them again.

Perfect fit and beautiful design! I love a good quilt and this one is so nice. It's comfortable and not too heavy. It comes with two cute accent pillows as well. The design has an almost metallic look to it. I'm very pleased!

I received this quilt set for free in exchange for an honest review. I'm in love with the colors and pattern of this quilt set. It looks very elegant, and the blue and brown tones complement each other beautifully. The quilt itself is a nice thickness. It's not too bulky like a comforter, but very warm. The quality is excellent and I like how the fabric has a satin sheen to it. I have a queen size bed and the queen/full size was a great fit. Upon receipt I washed, and steamed it a bit and it came out great. No color bleeding, no weird fill clumping. Now it looks so classy in my room!

Beautiful blanket, a little thin

For starters this blanket is beautiful. It is heavy which is an added plus. Although the blanket itself is a bit thin, it provides a lot of warmth. The blanket is definitely my favorite part of the set. The pillow cases have 2 slits for you to insert the pillows in the middle, the pillow cases are beautiful, soft, and look wonderful. The throw pillows are not the best. They are very, very paper thin and small. I did not end up using them as they don’t provide much support. However, the rest of the set was good quality, heavy, and stunning. Overall 4/5

Shiny, Cheap fabric

I took this right back to the store after it was delivered to me. It was made if a shiny cheap looking polyester. The stitching was just straight lines. I almost had a problem because they shipped a 4 piece set, but I purchased a 5 piece set. Even the lady at the store could see why I returned it.

Love it! BUT!

I received this item on 2/1/24 fast delivery, box nicely packed no damages. I open the box and it was wrapped and pillows shrunk nicely. The blue is more sky blue, which is ok! I bought the King size for my Queen size bed, to have a nice hang over my bed frame. I tried it on my bed and it is exactly the length I was hoping for. My only issue why I gave it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is because the material already have some pull threadings, as well as threads that weren’t trimmed properly, (this was just no attention to details) and I can trimmed those, but I am concern about the threads pulling, (the item is new, so why the threads already pulling)! It is not pilling, but threads coming through the pattern. I am not sure if I should keep it or return it!

Loved this once

This is the 2nd of the same comforter I have bought. I replaced the first one, because my dog chewed holes in it. This new one, is not as heavy, or as big as the last one. The last one, was huge, and super heavy. I am not happy with this purchase, and will not buy another one. Just like everything else, making things cheap, but charging the same price.

This is a beautiful set. I would buy again! It washes well and holds up nicely. It is incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this set to anyone looking for an attractive comfortable comforter set that is very durable. I hope my review helps .

Needs more burgundy/wine

It looks very nice except that there needs to be more wine that they are calling red. Not enough to "pop" as they describe. It does look like the pic. I was just hoping for a little brighter and true burgundy for more color. The back is chocolate brown. I think it is microfiber. Not as soft as I like but soft enough to be comfortable. The outside is rich looking even though a little shiny. I may have liked a different fabric. Hopefully the polyester outer material won't snag easily. Oh, and I would describe this as a midweight quilt. Also, I purchased a king for my queen bed. I always do because I like it to drape down the sides. I hope this review is helpful.

I love it

First of all my delivery date was September 2nd and I received it August 24. So I’m very delighted about that. I was a little skeptical at first since I bought it online and wasn’t able to look at it myself but I’m pleasantly surprised. I live the kinda silky look to it. The colors really compliment my bedroom. I read a lot of reviews about the material the pillows are made of not matching the quilt, but that doesn’t bother me. I take them off to sleep anyway. The only downside I see so far is that the material is easily picked. I already snagged it with my fingernails while putting it on. So be careful about rough feet and hands. Overall for the price it’s a great deal.

Wish it were larger

I have only looked at this Madison Park Dartmouth and the simiilar Harvard king quilt sets. I absolutely love both of them! Unfortunately I will not buy them because they are too short on the sides for my thick mattress & boxspring. I hoped to replace a bedspread which is 122" wide but this 104" quilt will leave my boxspring exposed.on the sides of the bed. Disappointed.

Great quality and sizing

This is an absolutely gorgeous set! I have been looking for a blue and brown set that isn't a heavy comforter. This is perfect! Feels and looks high quality. Heavy enough to be warm in spring or fall but not big and thick! I should be able to wash this at home and not pay to take it to the cleaners! I have two chihuahuas who are always on the bed and I have not seen any pilling of material or loose threads. I have a very thick king mattress and the king size fits beautifully and covers the entire mattress the lines are to run horizontally. (I think those who have complained that it isn't big enough are trying to put it on sideways) I included a photo...I had many extra blue/brown pillows that I have collected over the years and they all blended nicely!

Traditional Luxury

This bedspread is not as big as the other Madison Park luxury bedspreads Ive bought from JCP. It was more of a quilt to accommodate a bedspread. Way to short and the width is way shorter like 14" shorter...the length won't even cover the pillows it just goes to the end of the mattress at the headboard. The others cover the pillows generously and then some. It doesn't even cover the board framing of the bed. Not happy with it. Plus it cost more! So now, I either have to return it or buy ANOTHER bedspread to go over this 'blanket quilt' ....don't buy for a bedspread.

I purchased this in red and it's just what I was looking for in terms of design and color. It's my 3rd try at ordering something I would love to have in my bedroom. It appears to be well made, although I haven't washed it yet. Slight disappointment as it's very light weight, wish it were a bit puffier. But good for summer and also winter with a heavier blanket or quilt underneath. Also, wish it were a bit bigger for a queen bed, as the drop is not quite long enough. Not sure why manufacturers don't make more Queen size quilts/comforters in 92 x 92 or 92 x 94. A lot of people are wishing the same thing. 90 x 90 is only good if you have a dust ruffle underneath, but with more sleek designs for beds themselves with just one mattress, the focus needs to be on slightly more generous sizing.

Very pretty but hard to wash

This is a very pretty comforter. My first issue is that the pretty part (the top) snags easily, even if you just have rough hands or heels (the solid brown reverse side has enough cotton content that that doesn't happen). My second issue is with washing it. It becomes so heavy when wet that my brand new super capacity front load washer almost always goes out of balance on the spin cycle. I have to constantly reposition it in the washer in order to complete the spin cycles. Pain in the butt. I would recommend dry cleaning of you can afford to do that. I can't because I have cats and dogs and it needs washing every week.

The picture online does this no justice! Its simply beautiful & well-made. The purple version is more of a dark purple or plum color. That info is important if you are pairing room decor, curtains or etc. My only complaint is that this didnt have a 3rd accent pillow. So, I just used one from my old comforter set. I prefer coverlets/quilts over comforters b/c they are easy to launder & less bulky. While the coverlet is lightweight it is still very warm b/c I keep my AC on freeze mode during the summer months. If you dont have thick side-railing on your bed, a bed-skirt will be needed. Id recommend a beige or dark brown in a firm cotton material or a thick polyester.

This coverlet set is perfect for warmer months. It is very soft and nicely made. It is not a cheap, lumpy mess like some I have bought. And it is not the scratchy polyester that is out there. The colors are very nice and pretty much spot on to what is on the screen. We have a queen size sleigh bed and this coverlet is PERFECT ! Not too long on the side. SO, if you have a normal queen bed you might want to size up. I paired this coverlet with a nice RUST colored sheet set and it look very pretty. I have attached some pictures and the pillow shams look flat because I need better pillow inserts for them. I have a few other tweeks I want to do to make it look a little more polished but all in all I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely consider this brand for future purchases.
