Misaligned parts

I just received the verve citrus juicer, but one of the connecting parts is visibly misaligned, and there is noticeable friction when attempting to assemble. It's completely unusable in its current state. pls advise on how to get a replacement to exchange a new one. Thank you

Form over function

Sure is cute on my countertop. But it doesn't really do as good a job of extracting juice as my handheld squeezer. It's messier too, with juice and squirts everywhere. But did I mention how great it looks on my countertop? That's where it'll stay.

Great rustic appearing juicer

Great look for a very functional juicer. This one is even more rustic in person than it appears in the photos. Ultimately that works fine for me as it's the only quality juicer I could find that is short enough to fit in the location I need it. But it's important to know going in that it has a rustic look and primitive function, including rather rough metal for the citrus trays. Again, it works great for my location and I'm super happy with it, just slightly different than I expected and it might be helpful to some to decide if it's right or not.

Beautiful

Beautiful and serviceable. I have used a manual Huntington Beach Citrus Extractor which pulls every last drop out of citrus, literally, this machine does not do as well. but it makes up for it in a beautiful design that is very easy to clean. Don’t get me wrong you get plenty of juice, but you may be compromising for how gorgeous it looks on your counter. I have not noticed any metal flakes in my drinks as noted in other reviews (and I have loOked.)

Beautiful, but cheaply made & leaves metal flakes in juice.

I was SO excited about this product. My husband loves fresh squeezed OJ and this was his Christmas present. While the juicer is definitely counter worthy with its antiqueey feel, its is cheaply made. The aluminum rubs off on the oranges and gets into the juice -- this was after scrubbing it for two hours with everything under the sun, including a brillo bad. I truly wanted to love this juicer, but returned due to the inability to clean it and its lack of quality. With smoothing out their molds and not leaving shard metal edges, the quality easily could have been bumped up. Instead I returned and am buying a copper one.
