Great product

These pans are very nice I wiped them off with damp rag then when I first use them I used 1/8th top of olive oil before 1st use after that no problem they don't stick cookies slide right off the pan my other pans I used so much I have to cover them to be non stick they are black for using. So long about 40 yes old so I needed new ones

Beautiful pans. Unfortunately won't serve my purpose. The smaller pans were described as jelly roll pans but aren't deep enough to really be that. Basically they're just smaller cookie sheets not even an inch deep. So I will be returning.
