Don’t Bother

These stools were not well protected during shipping and the seats were so damaged by the time they reached my home that you would have had a splinter if you tried to use the stools. The metal was also damaged on one stool. Very disappointing.

These Barstools are awesome! The modern/industrial look I was looking for in a barstool. They have a heavy weight feel and the bare metal with clear coating gives them a nice look and finish. Very well made!

These were shipped to my second home in Missouri, I live in Texas, so I did not unwrap them for 2 months after I ordered them. Our home was flooded and there was mold so we were advised not to go in. When I opened the two orders, the stools were there but no seats in either box. I reached out to Wayfair resolution desk, took pictures and was told there was nothing they could do. It was outside their 30 day window. However, I believe that if I buy something from you, Wayfair, it is up to you, the seller, to make sure that the purchase arrives with all the parts. If not, you, Wayfair should contact the shipper, and resolve the issue. Especially since I paid you! You didn’t just get half of my payment.

One of the chair legs cap were damaged so it wobbles.

One of the barstools had a small tear in the vinyl seat when it arrived. I repeatedly asked for a replacement seat and my request was denied. My only option was to get a 20% refund which, in my opinion, doesn’t satisfy my concerns that the rip will eventually spread and the seat will be unusable.

Very sturdy beautiful

This barstool’s quality is amazing!! I did not keep it as my husband prefers a higher back on the seat. Otherwise it was a great purchase minus the 150 shipping I had to pay to return them.

These chairs are the best

I bought these chairs and love them. They are stylish and sturdy. My son is 6'8" and 480, these chairs were comfortable for him and he felt safe sitting on them.

Sturdy stools. As described.

We were hesitant to order these due to some previous issues with Wayfair returns. We ordered four and two arrived in good shape, while one had a short leg and another a large dent. I contacted Customer service and they took care of the issues with no problems. A replacement stool and a replacement frame were shipped and arrived in @ 10 days. We are quite happy with our purchase and will recommend Wayfair to others.
