2nd purchase of this model water heater. First one lasted 12 years which for Silvis water is very good. Had zero issues with first one until now , Reason went with Reliance brand again, That and it’s an American made product, Another plus. Will buy another for next replacement too. A+++++

Perfect replacement for my old water header, installed in no time with very little change to any pipes.
Poor craftsmanship
Poor craftsmanship. The igniter is not working properly. It sparks down below the pilot light so it is very hard to get going. It is sealed so you can't just put a match to it. It will need a new igniter wire or the whole peace. It sucks that it is not just take it back and get a new one as for the installation of the water heater is not an easy job and is very costly to have done!!! Not happy!!!
I would recommend Ace to anyone.

Replaced a 23 year old tank 8 years ago. Now got to buy another tank. Leaking under a front sticker as well as running down between the tank and the outer cover.
