Somewhat as expected
The wood color is kind of a matte brown, similar to the picture but with grayish undertones I would say. Not a rich medium brown. The interior shelves are not adjustable but there are holes in the back of the console for cords. The doors were installed just slightly uneven so that the holes of the opening do not line up exactly. I might have expected more for the price point, but suppose I shouldn’t from this brand going forward. Otherwise a stylish, weighty piece of furniture.
