Disappointed w/ this nonworking Christmas tree

tons of led lights and colors. one one pattern that looks good on the tree. at the dimest setting the lights are almost too bright. since it uses an app to control it should allow you to program the lights: patterns, mix your own colors, and adjust the brightness from 0-100.

No white light option on multicolor!

The tree seems great. Just put it up in the office but it has a few issues.

Good looking tree, but terrible app.

The tree looks great, but unfortunately the app that controls the tree will crash after any and each lightning selection made, at least on the Iphone app. Also the app is 4 years old and the support website is no longer available. Some may consider this a slight issue and other may consider it a deal breaker.

Beautiful tree!

This tree is beautiful! It doesn’t look full obviously when you first take it out of the box and set it up, it needs a lot of fluffing but once you do it’s nice and full. I downloaded the app to control the lights and timer, it’s easy to use. The only thing that bothered me was the traditional colored lights setting you couldn’t have it solid only flashing. The lights are also led bright and not warm, so the white lights don’t really look that white they are more blue.

Tree is a little over 5' tall, not 6' as...

Tree is a little over 5' tall, not 6' as advertised. Branches are spaced far apart vertically and horizontally and bending the branches doesn't make it look full. The branches are half wire, half needles and I can easily see the thick wire on the inside of the branches. The needles at the end of the branch are nice, but just a little further into the branch looks like a cheap indoor/outdoor grass carpet. This tree looks nothing like the picture !!! LED lights are nice, but can be tedious going through all of the color choices and flashing color combos because there is one button to press and it changes the light settings one at a time. The app is good, but leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, a huge disappointment. For $219 - it's being returned.

LED LIGHTS HORRIBLE

The tree itself was fine, I couldn’t get over the led lights, really bad. They were too harsh. I was hoping that because it had multiple settings I would like it. I ended up getting one that was National Tree Company that had incandescent lights, it was a winner! Looked so natural.

base and screws stripped/difficult

the screws for the base do not go in correctly. this tree almost caused a divorce he was so mad and frustrated. my husband and i tried for hours to get the screws to line up to get the tree into base and tighten so that the tree isnt wobbly. he gave up and used duct tape and parts from the garage. super disappointed that the holes and screws did not work for $200.00

Not worth it!

I was VERY unimpressed with the app for the special effects. If you want this tree for awesome lighting effects, find something else. The app is worthless and the app customer service is even worse. Invest in a "Twinkle" tree or lighting, but not this one. The tree itself was beautiful but like I said, the lighting app is not worth the price of the tree!

Great investment

Long-term, buying this LED Christmas tree is a great investment. Compared to buying a real Christmas tree every year, it is more environmentally friendly. I appreciate that it has a variety of colors and that I can alter the hue of the light. I also appreciate that I can schedule when I want the tree to be lit up; this helps me save electricity as I don't want the lights on all the time. When I'm not in the living room, it makes my life so much easier to be able to just control the light settings from my phone. Overall, this was a great wise investment.

Great if you want a variety of light sequence options!

We were skeptical when we first opened the box and found 2 different types of branches. As we fluffed the tree out we began to really appreciate it. It fluffed out into a beautiful and full tree. When we began exploring the light settings we fell in love with it. It was nice to change the light to fit the mood.

Decent looking tree with poor lights. The picture shows a tree with classic white lights. The included lights aren't capable of producing white light of any shade and are obnoxious at best. They are controlled by a really cheap Bluetooth app. There is no scheduling or smart home integration.

Unexpectedly Awesome Tree!

I ordered this for an event but it arrived a day late so I was going to return it. Curiosity got the best of me and I set this tree up. I was a little nervous that it would look cheap from the reviews…WOW! If you know how to turn branches this tree is gorgeous! It was shorter than I wanted (6ft) but I set it on a crate and it’s perfect! Bonus that the new puppy can’t get to it and there’s plenty of room under for gifts

This year we decided to go with an artificial tree that's easier to assemble and less messy. We decided on this tree because of the pre-lit lights and the app control. I didn't get a chance to assemble it until now and wow!! I am impressed.

Don't buy!

I spent extra money for a tree that was tall and lush with TONS of customization features. This tree is spindly, the colors couldn't be more off (don't even CONSIDER this tree if you enjoy warm, cozy lights on your tree), and the app they promise that allows you to customize to your heart's content doesn't work the way they describe. You may power the tree on and off, change its colors, and flip through the ugliest presets I've ever seen, and that's it!!

Perfect tree

This looks just like the real tree. This one is fuller. plush, thick branches, no need to hang any lights because it's perlite Assembly took about five minutes (probably less), but the fluffing took longer since I wanted to have it almost perfect LOL. I have only positive things to say. It also held a star easily at the top, although some of the heavier stars might be more of a struggle to place. Tree is super sturdy also, and gave zero issues when I repositioned some of the branches to give it a fuller appearance. I'm totally impressed.

Nice to have

I have been buying so many trees for years, but it was tired to clean up at end of the season. This year I want to save myself some time. I m getting this artificial tree. This tree exceeded my expectations. I m more than happy with this purchase. The lights are really bright and all the settings works well. So pretty. It didn’t come with instructions , but was so easy to put together.

Great quality and value here

This is a pretty solid tree if you’re just looking for a very standard tree and the price is unbeatable especially taking into account the quality. This was a good deal for the size that I wanted. Fluffing a tad tedious but you’ll finish before you know it and it looks really good. Happy I bought this and hopefully it last many years to come.
