Very slow refund process

My rating is not for the product but for the return service. The product was very nice, but didn't fit the sink we had, so I needed to return it. I mailed it back in early August, and confirmed with the Live Chat that it was received at Build.com on 8/13/24. Today is 8/30/24, and I still do not have a refund on my card. When I live chatted again today, I was told it will take up to 3 more business days to get my refund. It should not take over 3 weeks to issue a refund when the item is in the possession of Build.com. Thank you.

Returned item. Turned out, I did not need it.

It is a decent value for the price but a little difficult to install. Overall I like this purchase.

Love the porcelain handles and clean look. Rated 4 stars only because faucet neck is so short….definitely can’t sneak a sip from underneath it without planting your head on the bottom of the sink bowl.

Looks great but…

Solid build except the porcelain handles are not mechanically attached to to valves - just glued. Glue failed within 1 month of use.

Not impressed

Purchased this model a few years ago though not sure if from Build.com. Install was easy, looked very nice and had a good feel. The cold side developed a drip. The nut on the ceramic disc valve doesn't fit a 16 or 17mm wrench nor a 5/8 or 11/16 wrench. Its too thin to grab securely enough with an adjustable wrench and was apparently frozen up and unmovable anyway. Long story short, I cant get the valve out to replace it. Plus, I've never had a faucet drip after only a few years of light use.

Not a widespread

Purchased this to replace a client's bath faucet and plumber sent a pic. This scale is way too small. I dont know how this is a typical widespread, its more like a mini widespread. However, finish was perfect and it was adorable! Will be replacing and returning asap

Its cute but the spout is very low. I wouldnt buy it again. Its not in a bath thats used a lot so its okay.

Nice period to fit with a 1916 craftsman. Added to pedestal sinks with are remodeling of the bathroom. Keeping in the period of year built. Quality, easy to install

Looks classic and classy

This was the best faucet I've ever owned in three houses. It has a classic and classy look, and fits in nicely with my 100 year old home. Worked flawlessly, too.
