I would have given it 5 stars but the mounting plate's bolt (okay screws) pattern didn't make sense to me. I mounted in the ceiling so had to be 4 screws into wood but the bracket's 4 holes arranged in a rectangle were spaced say 6" apart the long dimension and 3" apart for the short. The 3" is problematic because the trusses in the ceiling are only 1.5" wide so I got two screws into wood and had to wallboard anchor the other two.

Nice looking, easy to install and works fine so far. Love the lighted plug in with triple head.

I haven’t had it long, but it certainly feels solid - both the reel and assembly. It was easy to hang, and I doubt I’ll have a reason to take it down for a while. Great buy.
