Great Drip Machine

The best thing I have purchased from Crate & Barrel thus far. I use this drip machine every morning. It runs with ease and is incredibly simple to program and clean. I highly recommend it!

Buyer Beware

I wish I had read the reviews. This product is cheap, flimsy, not user friendly. I am so disappointed.

Attractive design, performance is great, price is right. Would like to see the clock retain its memory if the applicance is unplugged.

It was just what I wanted for my kitchen counter. I have received many compliments. It is a little smaller than my other pot, but I like that fact.

The cutest coffee maker! Easy to use, makes a great cup of coffee and brews quickly and quietly. Delay function is also nice! The only things I would be aware of - the glass pot feels quite thin so I am scared of it breaking if it gets knocked around. And the bottom warmer gets HOT very quickly and I accidentally burned my hand on it once so just be careful.

Sadly no good

Coffee was ok. Have to use full strength mode though, unless you really like it watery. The real problem was the clock function, which was woefully inaccurate. I tried to reset it a few times, but it was always wrong the next day. It was 15 minutes off by the time I returned it a week and a half or so after I bought it.

my previous Nostalgia pot went out after 5 months. So I switched to a new company. This one was easy to program and use.

Haden 12 cup coffeee maker

This coffee pot is poorly designed. The opening to poor the water into is pretty small , the coffee drips all around the top and inner back, staining the plastic, the glass carafe also washes very poorly remaining stained, and this is after only 3 uses! It makes me wonder what the glass is actually made of. I would not recommend this brand.

very good purchase for the money

I really like this coffee maker. It is definitely the best coffee maker I have had in years. It has stood up to my hard water for quite some time. Well worth the money.

Poor quality control

The ivory and Cooper coffee pot has 3 quality issues: putty back instead of ivory, 2 missing rubber feet and 2 spots with black spots/chips. I called 5/21 and was told Haden will call to replace and provide MRA in 24-48 hrs. Called 5/23 and C&B rep put in urgent request to contact me. Nothing yet. Very unhappy as we need the coffee maker
