Beautiful rug! My husband and I recently remodeled our kitchen, and we were looking for a kitchen rug to compliment our very busy granite. This is a very pretty rug, but it didn't work with our color scheme so I had to return it.

small size does not lay well on smooth flooring

I purchased this to match a larger 6x9 rug that is like it, which I love. The small runner is just too much of a walking hazard on the smoother flooring that I bought it to color because as soon as you walk on it, you go sliding around. This is not a problem with the larger rug.

I bought this rug on line, sight unseen and I love it! It is a beautiful rug. The colors are very nice in person. It is a thick/dense rug and feels good on bare feet. Not thin like other rugs that I had looked at. My couch is mocha gray and my walls are greige, this rug is perfect. The free delivery helped because the 8X10 rug would not fit in either car. The price was below average for other rugs in the same size that I looked at. After it was delivered, I unrolled it and put a few heavy items on the corners for a few days and it laid flat after that. I also bought the matching runner for in front of my sliding glass door. I am very happy with this purchase.

The rug itself is nice. The pile is full and comfortable. The design is not as defined as the picture. I searched vintage style rugs when I made the purchase. This seems more like a modern, contemporary rug in design. I don't dislike it, I just wish the design was more prominent in real life. If I would have seen it in person, I may not have chosen it simply because it is not my style.
