Product OK, specs wrong, install a complete disaster
The spec on Build.com clearly says minimum cabinet width 32.5". Mine is ~33.5" and after installing the brackets at the widest setting, it was clear the wire basket was about 1" too wide to use. The only option might be to calculate the exact width you need to get back, toss out the Rev a shelf brackets and put in wooden strips just wide enough it will work. that's a lot of extra work for a very expensive product. How can you possibly get something so basic so wrong?

This is a high quality product. We had bought 2 36" models and one other of this size from other distributors before ordering this from Build.com.
Represented as 18" width but spec's specify 21"+ -- ??
Conflicting product info. makes for shaky planning..And a readily available installation PDF would help a lot!
