Nice door

The door is very heavy. It looks really nice and is good quality. Shipping was horrible. First door arrived broke. Both doors took awhile to receive.

Beautiful door but be aware it will take to strong people to install it because it is very heavy. The glass is thick and very good quality

Delivery issues

Never experienced the product. Two issues. First, item was not delivered on time. (I had to take off from work for nothing). Second, when the item was delivered, it was the wrong size which meant I have to arrange and take off from work so they can pick up the wrong item.

Looks like door attachment is crooked.

We were unable to inspect with door closed due to drying. The door is leaking because the plastic strip on the wall needs to be moved farther in so that door fully closes and sweep at bottom moves over metal edge to block water.

A professional installed the tub door 2 days ago and the door with the handle shattered immediately. I have been calling Lowes for 2 1/2 days without reaching a single person. Can someone please call or email me?

Solid, Great Looking Door

Excellent quality, well built and sturdy. Instructions for installation were written great and packaging of accessories was also superb. Took roughly 2.5 hours to install with a buddy and came out great. Would suggest using longer, coated screws to anchor the vertical track to a stud rather than using the screws and anchors included

Clean, simple look

Love the clean lines this showerdoor gives to our master bath. Easy to install and doesn't need a bulky frame screwed into our new tile!

KOHlER glass shower door

Received in good condition. Only one small plastic piece was damaged but I was able to make work.

DIY install was straight forward. I did have help hanging the glass and would suggest it. Overall, including caulking the job took three hours seeing as how it was a first time.

Great door for large bathroom. Unfortunately it did not fit in mine because the door hit toliet when opened. Lowe’s was amazing and let me exchange for a different sliding door.

I would absolutely rate the product itself higher, however dealing with Lowes.com is a horrific experience. Everything has to be shipped to the store, which does not have a designated "staging" area for online orders. Payment isn't complete on an online order until the item is picked up and the system is full of errors causing cards to not process. Store staff are frustrated with the system and are apologetic but do not have the authority to fix the issues. It took more than 45 minutes to simply pick up an item that should have already been paid for. This was our 3rd Lowes.com order we had an issue all 3 times. I would not have even purchased this product due to the frustration, but it was the only one I could find with the dimensions I needed. Going forward, any purchase will again be ONLY because Lowes in my only option.

Design flaw

I have a properly installed shower door and the Koehler rep came to my house to look at the problem I had that water splashes off a person in the shower and leaks onto the floor. Their rep said "the return on the side rails is not sufficient to hold the water in". So it is a design flaw in my Kohler door as well. Kohler did nothing to rectify my problem. I would not buy any Kohler shower or tub door. Go with Delta as my 17 year old door is still fine. I will not buy any other Kohler product.

Big Leaks

We bought this door despite the problems outlined by others because it was the size we needed. It leaks badly under door frame. We have to keep 2 towels on floor to sop up water. It seems that with so many complaints about the same problem that the designers could engineer a solution.

Don't buy this door, if you want to take a shower!

This door leaks after being professionally installed. Contacted Kohler and the piece they sent to fix the leak does not work. If I were you I would look at and purchase a Basco door. A little bit more expensive but at least it doesn't leak.
