Great in person!
It came folded, which was a really a good way to transport it (we were taking it to our beach house). Great coastal rug! Had a slight mildew-y smell because it was in a sealed bag. I let it air out and it was perfect, NO smell or creases once I laid it out. It’s not shedding and I haven’t seen any pulls, but they would be easy to tuck in if needed. Color and pattern a tad more prominent than in the pictures. It’s beautiful and I’ve gotten great feedback from friends :-)
Tassels are Too Much
The rug itself is very nice. However, the tassels are quite long and distract from the rug itself.

Beautiful Rug
We are very happy with our new rug! I was looking for a subtle pattern and this one is perfect. As another reviewer said, there are hues of grey and green in the rug which helps it match a variety of decors and color palettes. It is soft under foot, not scratchy at all. Also, the tassels are removable and doesn’t leave a hole.

Beautiful colors and low maintenance
I am very happy with this rug! The colors are much nicer in person. Greys and a little taupe or tan. Minimal "smell" when opening compared to others I have ordered and I didn't even notice it an hour later. One small place has a small "pull" in it but other than that, no other loose threads or shedding after a couple weeks of use with three boys. You will need to trim your rug pad as this runs a little small; see picture for reference. I bought a pair of electrician's scissors to trim it in just a few minutes. I would definitely recommend this rug.
Decent at best
This is my 4th rug from Rugs USA and unfortunately this one fell short. Love the way this rug looks, however when it arrived, the weave had already pulled in 3-4 places. Doubt this one will last very long.
Kitchen runner
This rug is perfect by my sink area. I bought a pad to go under, and it stays in place and works well with the living area rug i also bought. LOVE it
