I received a different rug.

This is the rug I was supposed to have and I got an email asking me to review it however, they have yet to offer me a solution for getting me the rug I paid for and taking the other one back. It’s been over a week of trying to get it. The first email I received said they apologized and would have the wrong rug picked up the following day. I wrote back and said “thanks I’m assuming I just need to rewrap it?” Well if never got picked up and then I received an email asking for more photos and asking me to unroll the rug all the way (I’ve already wrapped it back up) and take more photos. I paid a lot of money and yet don’t have what I ordered. So I would love to review the tribal medallion fringe rug since that’s what I want in my room, but I haven’t received it (even though I paid for it). Less

I’ve been looking for two coordinating rugs for our first floor for over a year. I’ve looked everywhere and nowhere has had the selection and prices of RugsUSA. I was hesitant to order based on their return policy and also the reviews on the colors for this rug but I went for it anyway and I’m so glad I did!First of all, this rug is thicker and softer than I thought it would be. And, as other reviewers have mentioned, it is pinker and purpler in certain areas than the online images would suggest. But after laying it out, the overall effect the rug has in my space is close to what is depicted in the photos. The more faded look and the variety of colors is perfect; adding color and personality without being too overwhelming. It also works with a variety of coordinating rugs in an open floor plan.First photo has a filter. Photo of my feet is true to color. Very Disappointed.

I ordered the rust color and am very disappointed with the colors the rug is in person. I know pictures online can look different but there is absolutely nothing about this rug that is rust colored!! It’s neon orange and pink and blue. Not at all like I expected it to look.I gave it a 2 star only because it looks to be a good quality and it’s very soft. If only the colors would have been as described this rug would have gotten a 5 star review.I was very nervous about ordering a rug at this price of line becaue of this reason and now I don’t think I will again!

Love it!

This rug is everything I hoped it would be. The colors are very pretty. (It has much more purple than I originally thought, but after reading the other reviews I knew to expect that.) The rug itself is not super thick, but I don’t feel as though I need a rug pad. It’s very smooth and soft underfoot. My husband wasn’t sure about it initially, but he loves it now too. Great purchase! I wish all my rugs felt like this one.

Better than expected

This pictures online ranged from beautiful to heinous in my opinion, so this purchase was a gamble. I ordered a 9x12, and I am so happy with it. I ordered the rust color, which in my opinion is an inaccurate description. I read other reviews calling it pinkish which is also not accurate. The most prominent color is probably purple, but it’s a nice rich deep purple. It’s balanced with A LOT of other colors. That’s what I love about the rug - it’s has so much variation and dimension. It’s also very soft underfoot. Overall a great rug for a decent price.
