Water heater didn’t work from the beginning. I couldn’t return it to Home Depot. I contacted Rhem and did the troubleshooting with a lady who sent the wrong part. It took almost 2 weeks. I haven’t been reimbursed for the part. I chose Rhem since my A/C is the same brand. I’m not sure to go with any Rhem product from now on.
