First let me say, that once put together this bed is amazing! My daughter loves it. However , be prepared to block out 4 hours of you day assembling this bed!

Absolutely love this amazing bed! My son loves it! Pretty easy to put together (don’t let the amount of boxes overwhelm you). It has great storage & trundle space! I will say, the trundle is a twin… XL twins do not fit! Wood is a very pretty golden color!

Bookcase bed came as expected. Good material, instructions were not difficult and is suitable for my preteen.

Where to start?

If you aren’t handy and have lots of tools, you won’t get this bed together. You’ll also need some extra wood to create a stop for the trundle. Otherwise the trundle will roll right out the other end of the bed. And once you do get the bed together, good luck finding a mattress to put on the trundle. The opening it’s big enough for a standard sized twin mattress. Poorly designed all across the board. I wish we never bought it. Avoid!

Do not buy

I bought this in January for my son to update his room. I installed in June a few months ago. It is not sturdy at all. My son is 6 and it is bowing down in the middle and is very wobbly. I do not recommend buying. It looks very nice from the pictures but Now I am out almost $900 and have to buy him a new one. If I could rate 0 I would

DO NOT BUY - Cheap and Frustrating

Building this bed was an absolute nightmare. I will never buy from this brand again. The instructions were very unclear (incorrect labeling, lack of indication as to how things were meant to face, etc) and many of the pieces weren't labeled. Lots of holes were drilled in such a way that it was highly difficult or just not possible to put the screws in as intended. On one step, I wasn't given the number of screws needed to complete the step. The sides of the bed frame were bowed in such a way that it was impossible to install the mattress supports correctly without the use of a bunch of ropes to pull the sides in straighter. After all that, I realized that the drawers were supposed to be installed before the mattress supports, since they require putting a bracket under where the mattress supports are. This wasn't mentioned in the instructions, and, in fact, both the bed assembly and drawer assembly instructions implied that the drawers should go in AFTER the mattress supports, making absolutely no mention that you need to place the supports carefully so as not to obstruct anything. Even if the instructions were clearer, I'd still have had trouble, since the drawer brackets aren't even as long as they need to be (even when accounting for the drawers dipping down from lack of support), and the holes for the screws that I COULD see were, once again, poorly made. Several of the drawers are also crooked thanks to the pre-installed (as in I had no part in assembling them) tracks they slide on. They're also scratched from transit, and one has a weird melty spot on it that's either paint or glue. I don't know why the drawers specifically are so terrible. DO NOT BUY THIS BED. It's poorly and cheaply made, frustrating to build, and leaves you with a less than great end result.

Well made very fun bed. Parts where missing when we put it together, but OJ commerce responded immediately, and sent out the missing parts to us right away.

Super fast so hopping. I was worried to buy I line without seeing in person, but so glad I purchased! Assembly wasn’t bad, drawers all work. Wood is beautiful!

Never Again.

This has been one of my worst online shopping experiences ever. First the shipment was late, my daughter was patiently waiting for her bed. I think the thing was moved a total of 15 times, on and off of trucks before we picked it up at Walmart. Then when we did pick it up and opened it to put it together, paint was worn off in so many places it was disturbing. We were missing the trundle part of the bed as well. I had to call all 3 different companies because this is a third party sale, which I didn’t know, just to get the trundle bed sent back out and get some touch up paint. If we did not already have the bed put together and my daughter wasn’t super excited to finally get it I would have packed it up and sent it back to only be in the same place where we started, “without a bed” Both the trundle and touch up paint are being sent out to the house now but what a hassle this has been for me. I would NOT purchase this again. Plus I think the entire other side where the drawers and the trundle aren’t on is going to be left wide open?!? I guess we’ll see when it comes.
