Broken by the time I first used them, JA couldn’t help
These are beautiful but seem to be bad quality and JA offers poor service. I bought two benches along with ten of the matching chairs for my dining room. The x bar on the bottom of one of the benches has been broken since the first day I unboxed and used them. Because I waited to unbox after delivery, JA cannot help with repair or replacement. But whether it arrived broken or broke shortly after arrival sitting in my garage/ dining room, that it is already broken is a sign of poor quality. The bars on the back and bottom are very fragile. And JA doesn’t help if/ when they break.
