I bought this as a gift, but the stem is too thin and the glass is too fragile. Unfortunately, I had to return.

Beautiful elegant glasses

Excellent quality and enjoyable to drink from. Large base for stability. The glass is very thin and the stem very slender...whilst that is certainly elegant and classy, I’m not sure how long they will last before getting broken. I hope I’m wrong, but it feels as if they’re quite fragile. I don’t think I’d want to dry them with a cloth as that could easily snap a stem....better to get a stand and let them drip dry. They can go in the dishwasher but the glasses are quite tall and large so that’s not as simple as it sounds! Nevertheless, I think I suspected all that when I bought them...and if (when) they do break, I’d certainly buy more.

Beautiful fine crystal. The shape of the glass has been expertly designed to enhance the bouquet and flavor of the wine. It’s not wise to wash these glasses in the dishwasher. But then would you put the Mona Lisa in the dishwasher?

Quality Red Wine Glasses

Good quality glasses that we have enjoyed very much. We use them for different kinds of red wine and frankly, we will use them for white wine too in a pinch!

Nice glasses, nice feel.

Got 8 of these to replace the mismatched random wine glasses I'd had for years. The difference with these Riedels is obvious. They are light but feel substantial, drink well, and have that musical resonance that cheap glasses don't have.
