mail always gets wet

Beautiful and even the mail man compliment ed me on it.
Not as squared as it should be, not as sturdy as I expected... the flap kind of wiggles when you open and close it. It's got some exposed metal and hopefully that doesn't corrode. Be very careful installing... My husband went to put the screws in and the point on the lid cut his forehead and drew blood. There's no easy way to put the screws in without having to put your face in the lid. We didn't even attempt to attach it by the bottom holes, no screwdriver will fit. It's on the wall now and the old one was so old it fell apart when we took it down so we're stuck using it until I find a better replacement. Do not recommend.

This mailbox was beautiful for about 6 months and is now completely rusted and the edges of the flap have become sharp. Very disappointed in the quality.

Love the mailbox. I was very disappointed that the left hinge was not welded on and I had to use Gorilla Glue on the hinge instead of returning my purchase.
