I purchased this mirror for a Christmas gift due to the sale. Since then my present Simplehuman mirror that is 2 years old will not light & wont charge. I emailed simplehuman for help bu have not heard from them!! Is there any way u can help with this matter. Thanks

Not impressive

Not worth the money spent to be honest. My portable trifold impressions vanity mirror for $40 is a better buy than the $200 this mirror costs

This is truly the worst item I have ever purchased from aQVC, or anywhere else for that matter! I can’t believe I spent over $170 for this VERY frustrating mirror. I follow the directions yet it still turns on and off and changes light shade and brightness whenever it wants…WISH I COULD SEND THIS BACK…should have done so soon after receiving

Perfect Gift

I purchased this mirror as a gift. The recipient was very happy. She reported back saying it is perfect on every level. The touch control brightness is genius. Allowing for accurate, clear makeup application. Pricey, but worth it.

Sensor Mirror

I’ve had one for many years and have been completely satisfied. Recently, it started having issues with maintaining the charge. So, I’m replacing it and will continue to love this product.

Stopped lighting up after 8 months

Bought this mirror and was very happy with it. After 8 months it stopped lighting . It will not charge. Without the light, it's just another mirror. Only difference is, it's an expensive plain mirror.

Not the same

This was purchased to replace my Simplehuman mirror I had purchased during the anniversary sale 5-6 years ago. Sad to say, its not the same. The overall material is cheaper quality. When it's fully charged, the battery only holds barely up to 2 hours! I returned the item. I will just have to wait for the end of the year for deals.

Ok this is the weirdest mirror it goes on not just when you’re in front of it but when anything is in front of it. I am on the fence about this one. It doesn’t have enough magnification for me. And it’s too hard to remember all the settings and where they’re located.

Stopped working within a year.

This mirror wasn’t cheap, so I was surprised it stopped working in less than a year. I tried using another charger and resetting by holding the power button for 10 seconds but still no light.
