I absolutely love this rug! The photos are accurate, the description is accurate. I had a little problem with an edge that won't flatten but some carpet tape has fixed it easily. Highly recommend!

Great neutral colors without having all beige. Thin like other reviewers have said, but I expected that and got a good rug pad for underneath. We appreciate that it can look light or dark depending on the angle and placement. Overall happy with our purchase!

Completely different colors and the thinnest rug you could ever get. I got the Rosemarie style, picture on the website shows taupe and warm tones, this rug is all grey cool tones. Also I’ve heard that the colors fade after as little as one year but was willing to risk it for the sale price… NOT worth it sadly

I have had in mind

I have had in mind to buy a carpet from this company for over a year, finally deciding on this one in particular. I tried the app to put it in my kitchen, it looked great. I spent more than I wanted but it was a special purchase. Once it arrived, I found I was very disappointed in the quality very thin, and the color was very washed out. I found that to return I would have to pay the shipping of $53. I have submitted information (pictures, etc) for consideration to return without paying the shipping cost. Still waiting. I’m very disappointed in this experience when I was excited to work with this company.

the "distressed" look is the pad the rug is weaved onto shows in multiple areas basically worn completely through to no rug material present

Another gorgeous rug from the Chris Loves Julia Rosemarie collection — this is my 3rd! I’ve had the toughest time finding rugs that I like, but I love these. The colors are great, and I like the vintage look. With the sale price, these are a phenomenal deal!

Beautiful rug, just too thin.

I’m so upset. I waited almost 3 months for this rug. When it came today, I was so excited to open it. From one angle, it looks completely fine. From the other side, all of the color has gone away and it looks almost white. It is not the lighting in the room. The recessed lighting in here is perfectly centered. I will definitely be returning unfortunately.

The color was beautiful, exactly what I expected. However, the rug seemed smaller than what I had thought. Once I measured, I saw the dimensions were 5’11 X 9 and not the 6’3 X 9 as I purchased. I can still use the rug in a different room which will work well, but i am now debating whether I should order it in a larger size.

While this rug is very pretty, it has wrinkles that will not release, and the edges are still curled after 2 weeks with weights on them. Very disappointed in the quality of this one. My other Loloi rugs have been great, but this one is not.

The colors are not at all what the pictures look like. I’m disappointed I only get a fraction of a refund or pay whatever insane amount UPS charges to ship it back. That should have been disclosed upon the purchase.

It's even more beautiful that I expected.

This rug is very poor quality, it's stiff , with a bit of wool on it. It will curle up at the edges and bow in the middle because it lacks the proper weight to lay flat. It came broken as you see in the photos below. It's barely an outdoor rug sold as an indoor rug. The worst part is, I had to pay $64 to return it!

This rug looks gray in real life- I actually thought I received the wrong rug. No matter what light was let into the roomwhat time of day, it appears gray. It is nice otherwise, but if you are looking for a sage green look as pictured, this is not it.

I already own one of these rugs. Absolutely love it. Just waiting for pad to come in so I can put this one down. Going to look perfect in my home.
